The serum is a leave-in product, to be used after clean / freshly washed face.Fill your dry, clean palm with one - two drops of the facial serum and gently massage into face.Two drops are usually sufficient.

We chose the PayPal payment methods because they have been standard providers in for online retail for years and guarantee the security of your data. In addition the provider Paypal offer you buyer protection. Paypal has a wide range of payment options, including WITHOUT an account. So you can pay within Germany via PayPal even without an account with your credit or debit card. Unfortunately, PayPal does not yet offer this option without an account outside of Germany. We offer the Exquisite Beauty Set which has products intended for facial care. It encompasses the exquisite beauty balm that melts into a liquid and provides an oclusive, nourishing protective layer to your skin. It also includes the facial serum for light skin feel finish

Unfortunately, this is a bit logistically difficult because our parcel packing team will start preparing your order right away. In many cases we are simply not fast enough! However, if your order has not yet been packed, we can cancel it completely and you can place your order again. The best thing to do is to E-Mail us on sales@nguniorganics.com

Your order can only be canceled if it has not yet been packed. If your package is already on its way to you, you can refuse to accept the shipment. In this case the package will be sent back to us automatically. As soon as the package arrives back to us, we will refund the money to the payment method you used for the order. If you paid by bank transfer, please send us your bank details!
